| TANKS TO YOU (Service Dept) 22968 Grimm Rd ANTIOCH, IL 60002 847-395-0023 RE: TTY SERVICE & MAINTENANCE PROGRAM The Tanks To You service and maintenance program is geared to satisfy our clients along with keeping the life forms in their habitat healthy and happy. That is our top priority. Our program is absolutely complete. • We judge the initial appearance of the habitat generally standing at an 8ft distance. To receive an “excellent”, the initial response should be “WOW!” • As we develop, our goal is to have a color spectrum of inhabitants, which tends to add overall appeal. • A complete environmental analysis is done (Water chemistry, humidity, etc.). This assures that all are correctly doing as needed. • A checklist is completed. This checklist assures proper maintenance from top to bottom of your striking habitat. • There will be a “treatment/ procedure/ recommendation” section used if deemed necessary. • Will continue to assure you have food and a net. • A section for needs at next visit, if necessary. • Finally, a signature at the end of service. Re-visits for touch up and top offs are available at additional charge. Tanks To You service and maintenance programs are available in 6 month and 1 year increments. • 1 year pre-pay receive a 8% discount on all 12 regular visits. • 6 months pre-pay receive a 3% discount on all 6 regular visits. • Cash on delivery • Billing is available. $2.00 accounting fee per invoice will apply. Terms are net 14 days. Late charges and accounting fees will be added at each 14 days past due. We at Tanks To You look forward with bringing the wonders of nature into your life. CHARGES ARE AS FOLLOWS: * Service call charge (travel time to location)(dependant on location) * Maintenance charge (1 man) 55.00/hr * Maintenance charge (2 man) 80.00/hr * Tap water conditioner 2.60/5gal. * Salt 2.60/5gal Filter media, bacteria, medications, etc....are based on brands and volumes used. |
