The information that follows is designed to answer many questions most clients have. We want you to know about our
polices and methods of practice. The more you know, the more we can be of service. If there are any questions, however,
please ask since we do want to be of help.

Tuesday thru Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
Saturday 10:00am-4:00pm
Mondays are reserved for emergency and “re-visits”
We are also closed on major holidays and at times when we are away attending continuing education programs to increase our
skills and maintain knowledge of the latest developments to serve you better. Our answering service will always be available to
take messages 24 hours a day.
We see all clients at their locations on an appointment basis that is set in advance so that we can reserve time for you. We make
every effort to honor all time commitments and request that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you cannot keep an
appointment, please notify us immediately. We ask that you allow us 24 hours notice. This courtesy makes it possible to give
your appointment to another client who desires to see us. Failure to notify us will result in a round trip service call charge.
EMERGENCY CARE.
We recognize that you can have an emergency situation arise and we will do our best to respond to your problem promptly.
Emergencies constitute a situation that is critical for the inhabitants of your habitat. For this reason: Emergencies take
precedence over regular scheduled service and maintenance. We then are sorry for any inconvenience. TANKS TO YOU
emergency line 847-489-8819. These calls must be emergencies ONLY! You will be charged maintenance time charges if it
is not an emergency. Tanks To You will return all regular calls on a timely basis.
